We purchased a used vehicle in May of 2023. The sales department was easy to work with, a little flexible on price, and was able to go through my credit union for financing. Overall I felt pretty good about the experience. Two weeks after purchase the check engine light came on. I genuinely feel that it was happen stance and the dealership had no idea.
I went in last week to find another used vehicle. The vehicle drove great but the check engine light came on. The sales person agreed to have it checked and repaired prior to me taking delivery. I went back to pick up on Wednesday and they let me know that everything was taken care of. When I drove the vehicle home the light came back on. I was able to have the light checked and repaired through an independent repair facility. After communicating this with the sales department they have agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs.
Having purchased two used vehicles from them I am appreciative of the sales team they have. They aren’t pushy, have good market value pricing and have really streamlined purchasing and financing through my credit union.... More

Took My F150 in for plugs/coil packs/u-joints/serpentine belt. They told me what to expect, they were in constant communication, and they were courteous and professional. Provided shuttle service, and the best technicians. Highly recommend!

Paul and Kenny made the buying process so easy. Paul worked to find me a car that worked best for me in the price point I wanted. I felt like Paul cared about me more than just making a sale. He kept me informed on the process and made sure the car and paperwork were ready for me when I arrived. Heather clearly explained the lease agreement and had me in and out of the finance office with all the info I needed quickly! They were all so great with my kiddo too!

One would think that purchasing a car, on the west coast, sight unseen, (besides small photos on the website) would be a challenge.. it was the complete opposite. The sales team and finance manager were completely available to answer the most random questions within moments of inquiring. They made what many think is a terrifying complicated process into a simple hassle- free procedure. What the best thing is….is that I didn’t even have to make the trip to the much dreaded NYS DMV. All of the paperwork was completed and mailed back along with the plates. Seriously, it’s like making a purchase from Amazon. If you are in the market for any kind of vehicle ask to speak with Hayden and work with finance manager Kyle. They have much respect for the customer, are very professional and the best ever with communicating. That’s half the battle when making a vehicle purchase!... More

Quick turn around for 30,000 mile service. Friendly, professional staff had our information ready as soon as we stepped in the door. Would purchase another Volvo thru Bend Volvo and use their service department again.
